What is My eDocs?
How much does My eDocs cost?
My eDocs are electronic versions of your standard statements and notices that are available to you 24 hours a day securely online through FNB Web Banking®.
My eDocs are absolutely free! …and include the same information you would normally receive through in your standard mailed statement or notice including check images if you were previously receiving images with your statements.*
Together, My eDocs replaces the paper-based processes and greatly reduces the amount of time it takes for you to receive information critical to you and your accounts.
For your convenience your My eDocs will be available to you online for a period of 12 months from the date they are generated. For further convenience and easy access you can also choose to save them to your local computer.
* You have the option to receive check images with your electronic statement. Contact a Customer Service Representative at your local First National Bank to see about receiving check images with your electronic statements (certain fees may apply).

What are the system requirements for My eDocs?
Your personal computer, an internet connection and FNB Web Banking® are all you need to get started.
Adobe Acrobat Reader® version 6.0 or higher is required to open and view your statement(s)/notice(s)*. We also recommend that you use the most up to date version of your favorite internet browser application that supports 128 bit SSL Encryption.

How will I know when I receive my statement or a notice?
My eDocs uses email alerts to let you know that your statement is ready or that you have received a notice regarding your account. The email alert will contain a "security phrase" that you provided during the enrollment process so you can feel safe knowing that it is a legitimate message from My eDocs.
After receiving the alert message, you can simply sign in to FNB Web Banking®, click on the tab labeled "My eDocs" and see your available My eDocs listed under “Statements and Notices”.
* Your Online Safety is Important to us! The enrollment process includes creating a personal security phrase. Be sure to always look for your personal security phrase to be included in any email alert that comes from My eDocs.
The My eDocs service does not require you to divulge any personal information via email. Also note that FNB will never send you an email or any other form of communication that asks you to share your FNB Web Banking® username or password.

How do I sign up to receive My eDocs?
Enrollment in My eDocs is a snap and takes less than 5 minutes!
Click here to view an enrollment demonstration.
- Visit http://www.webfnb.com and sign in to FNB Web Banking®
- Select the tab labeled "My eDocs". This will take you to the enrollment page.
- Follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1) Select the accounts and documents you wish to receive electronically. Save your setting when complete.
Step 2) Make sure the displayed email address is correct. If the address is missing or your email address has changed, you may update it in the space provided.
Step 3) Create a personal security phrase to be included in all emails alerts sent from My eDocs.
Step 4) Review the listed terms and conditions and click on the box next to “I agree to the listed terms.”
Once enrollment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided that will contain your personal security phrase and lets you know that your enrollment has been processed.

Following enrollment, you can review your My eDocs settings at any time by choose the "My eDocs" menu option and reviewing "Documents and Settings".

Will I continue to receive printed statements and notices?
After enrolling in My eDocs, you will begin receiving email alerts when your statements and/or notices are ready for viewing. You can access the electronic versions of these documents at any time using the online convenience of FNB Web Banking®.
If you require a printed statement or notice or need additional copies of those delivered prior to your enrollment in My eDocs, you can request printed copies by contacting our Customer Service department. * Service Fees may apply.

How do I view My eDocs?
You will receive an email notification when you receive an eDoc. After receiving the alert message, you can simply sign in to FNB Web Banking®, click on the "My eDocs" menu option and your available My eDocs will be listed under “Statements and Notices”.
Click the “View” option next to the desired eDoc and it will open in Adobe Acrobat Reader.* Please view System Requirements for more information.

Can I save My eDocs on my personal computer?
Absolutely! For quick and easy access, we recommend that you save your My eDocs on your personal computer so you can easily retrieve them in the future.
To save a copy of your FNB eDocs:
- Sign in to FNB Web Banking®
- Click on the “My eDocs” menu option and locate your available My eDocs listed under “Statements and Notices”.
- Select a statement or notice from the list by clicking the “View” option. (It will open as a PDF document)
- From the Adobe Acrobat Reader menu, choose "File" then "Save As" and specify where you want the document saved on your computer or disk.
- Be sure to save your My eDocs using the standard .pdf extension and give it a name that will help you remember what the file contains.
- Or, if you prefer, you can print a hardcopy of the PDF document for your records by using the standard print feature available in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Do I have to be a FNB Web Banking® customer to receive My eDocs?
Yes, you will need to be an FNB Web Banking® user in order to enroll and use the My eDocs services. Please contact customer service if you have any questions about signing up and becoming a FNB Web Banking® user.

Why didn’t I get an enrollment confirmation?
What if I stop receiving My eDocs Alerts?

If you fail to receive your enrollment confirmation or alerts regarding you statements or notices, please double check the following items:
- Be sure your email address in FNB Web Banking® is correct.
- Your email address found on the “Options” menu under "Personal Options"
- Make sure that the My eDocs email address is not blocked by your SPAM blocker or Internet Service Provider. The email address will be "customerservice@webfnb.com".
- Make sure your email inbox is not full

Customer Service department during normal business hours.

What if I change my email address?
If you change your email address, please sign in to FNB Web Banking® and use the “Personal Options” area on the “Options” menu to update your email address. Also be sure to review our Email Checklist.

Can I get a copy of a statement that was previously sent to me?

How do I make changes to My eDocs?
What if I change my mind and want to go back to paper statements?
If you need to make changes to to the documents you receive though My eDocs or wish to change your enrollment alltogether, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Visit http://www.webfnb.com and sign in to FNB Web Banking®
- Select the "My eDocs" menu option and go to "Documents and Settings"
- Follow these steps:
Step 1) Expand the list of accounts and documents as needed by using the "+" symbols.
Step 2) Remove the mark next to any document you wish to return to printed paper delivery. Alternately, replacing a mark next to a document will cause it to be delivered electronically via My eDocs.
- CLICK "Save Settings" when finished
- Changes made to account and/or document settings will take effect in the next statement or notice cycle.
Note * Removing the marks at the account level removes that account from My eDocs and causes all documents for that account to return to printed paper delivery. Likewise, removing the mark next to "All Accounts" will completely remove you from the My eDocs services and all documents, for all accounts will return to printed paper delivery.
If you remove all account/document marks or remove the mark next to the "All Accounts" option, you will need to perform the enrollment process again if you wish to return to using My eDocs.
