Triple-Bureau Credit Alert
With triple-bureau daily credit monitoring, you’ll be alerted automatically of certain changes to your credit – such as new accounts opened, credit inquiries, certain derogatory data (late payments and accounts sent to collection), change of address or changes to your existing accounts. While it can’t prevent identity theft, Triple-Bureau Credit Alert can greatly reduce its impact by allowing you to minimize the damage. If you receive notification that there has been a change to your credit, you’ll have access to the Credit Information Hotline which is staffed with trained individuals ready to provide answers to commonly asked questions. If there are no changes to your credit, you’ll receive a quarterly notification advising you that there have been no changes.

The Triple-Bureau Credit Alert service may be modified or improved at any time and without prior notice. Daily monitoring will notify members of any new inquiries, certain derogatory information, accounts, public records, or change of address that have been added to their credit reports as reported by any of the three major credit reporting agencies. If no information has been added or changed, then the member will receive a quarterly notification stating that no information has changed within their credit file. Neither the Plan Administrator, the provider of the Triple-Bureau Credit Alert service, or its credit information subcontractors, nor Financial Services Association shall have any liability for the accuracy of the information contained in the Triple-Bureau Credit Alert.
